Quotes & Payments

Quotes provided by us are valid for the period stated within them and are based on the requirements described at the time of quotation. Unless otherwise agreed, projects may require an advance deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance payable according to the milestones or schedule set out in the proposal. Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice. We reserve the right to pause work or withhold deliverables where payments are overdue.

Intellectual Property

All content on our Website, including our branding, text, graphics, and code, is owned by or licensed to Pedro Infosoft Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. For project deliverables, ownership of the final work product transfers to the Client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks, and know-how used in the course of providing our Services, and we may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless confidentiality has been agreed.

Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver our Services effectively, you agree to provide timely access to required materials, content, credentials, approvals, and feedback. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you supply does not infringe third-party rights and complies with applicable laws. Delays in providing required inputs may affect project timelines and delivery dates.

Confidentiality & NDA

Both parties may exchange confidential information during an engagement. Where a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed, its terms will apply to the handling of confidential information in addition to these Terms.

Warranties & Disclaimers
